On 27 September, at the charming location of Borgo al Pozzo in Rho (Milan), the CDR Dynamics event took place, organised by the management of CDR Pompe. This meeting, attended by the entire Board of Directors – Francesco Abordi, Maurizio Abordi, Gianluca Abordi and Alessandro Platania – offered the opportunity to reflect on the results achieved by our company and to outline future strategies, focusing particularly on technological innovation, environmental sustainability and new investments. The event also included collaborations with The Good in Town team and L’Impronta Group, creating a mix of business reflections and social impact activities. The afternoon was marked by a festive atmosphere, with music and activities involving the entire CDR Pompe team, but the central focus remained on the company’s ambitions and future goals.

Growth and technological innovation: the focus of CDR Pompe presented at the CDR Dynamics event Over the past five years, CDR Pompe has experienced significant growth, strengthening its position among the leading manufacturers of magnetic drive pumps, mechanical seal pumps and other advanced solutions for the industrial, chemical and pharmaceutical sectors. The event highlighted how the demand for our products continues to grow both nationally and internationally, thanks to our ongoing focus on innovation and quality. During the meeting, we presented future development strategies, with detailed plans for the next three years and a long-term vision that extends up to eight years. This plan includes important investments in new product ranges and the expansion of production facilities, with particular attention to innovative technologies such as high-temperature pumps and diathermic oils. New plants and solutions for industry Among the new investments announced, CDR Pompe has planned the introduction of a new testing facility dedicated to high-temperature pumps. These pumps are designed to operate in extreme conditions, ensuring safety and reliability, and are particularly in demand in the chemical and petrochemical industry. In parallel, our company is also developing new solutions for low-temperature pumps, used in sectors such as pharmaceuticals and food, where precise control of thermal conditions is essential to ensure safe and compliant processes. The expansion of production systems also includes a new painting facility, which will further improve the durability of products in harsh environments, while maintaining high operating performance. Sustainability and safety: an essential combination in the spotlight at CDR Dynamics A focus on sustainability has become a key element of our operational strategy. During the event, management underlined the importance of reducing our environmental impact, highlighting the contribution of the solar panel system which covers 70% of the company’s daily energy needs.  This commitment to green energy not only reduces operating costs, but confirms that the focus on sustainability is a top priority for us. For this reason, CDR Pompe is certified on ECOVADIS, a platform that evaluates companies’ sustainability practices, meeting the requirements of many large industrial companies that now consider environmental responsibility fundamental in their procurement processes.

Looking to the future: maximum efficiency with a lower environmental impact The CDR Dynamics event was a key milestone in our growth path. Management clarified that our commitment for the future will be oriented towards continuous technological innovation, with the aim of further expanding the product range, improving production efficiency and responding to the needs of increasingly dynamic markets. Sustainability and energy efficiency will remain central priorities, with further investments planned to improve the company’s environmental impact. The combination of new technologies and green solutions will allow CDR Pompe to maintain its leading position in the field of magnetic drive pumps, mechanical seal pumps and high temperature pumps, responding to the needs of increasingly complex and regulated industrial sectors.   CDR Dynamics therefore allowed us to celebrate CDR Pompe’s past and present successes, offering us a clear vision of the future. Thanks to targeted investments in advanced technologies, sustainability and safety, we are ready to further consolidate our leadership position in the industrial pump sector. Through a strategy that combines innovation and environmental responsibility, we continue to build a future in which technology and sustainability are the keys to our success, while always striving to respond to the needs of our customers.
