Lined Magnetic Drive Pump
Pumps lined with Plastic and Fluorine-plastic are used to cover the total chemical compatibility with corrosives and aggressive fluids – acids or bases – from chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industry.
Those plastic magnetic drive pumps have a simple design and a small amount of spare parts to guarantee a very easy maintenance. The impeller doesn’t come in contact with the shaft, so the fluids’ leakage is impossible to occur. Fluids never disperse in the environment.
We do produce two models:
- ETN EVO: a lined magnetic drive pump equipped with spare parts lined in ETFE or polypropylene. These plastic lined pumps are suitable for chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industry.
- UTN-L / UTN-BL: a magnetic drive lined process pump (ISO 2858), recommended to work H24 with corrosive, aggressive and dangerous fluids where high safety standards are compulsory. The materials available for this kind of pump are PP (Polypropylene), PVDF (Polyvinyl Fluoride), PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy).
